- Shipping
All shipping costs quoted on the site are based on US Postal Service Priority Mail prices. Express orders and overnight shipping may incur an extra charge. If you require express service, please indicate this in comments when you check out.
International shipping is available to most countries and to military APO/FPO addresses.
We make every effort to ensure the stock levels online are accurate. In the rare event an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of our expected restock date.
- Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through GGFairTrade.com, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days from the invoice date. We will be happy to provide you with a store credit or exhange for the amount excluding shipping and handling charges. Items can also be returned to our retail locations for store credit or exchange. We regret that custom items or special orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
To return any item, email us at globalgallery91@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return and make sure the item is insured for the total cost of the return. Global Gallery is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.

Items sold by Global Gallery are handcrafted and often made of natural and recycled materials. Actual items shipped may vary slightly from those pictured on the web site. Slight irregularities in texture, size and color are characteristic of natural materials and handcrafts and are part of their natural, artistic beauty
- Sales tax for Ohio residents only
- Global Gallery collects sales tax for Ohio Residents only. Orders shipping to other states (except Ohio) are exempt from any sales tax. The Ohio sales tax rate is 6.75%.

Global Gallery keeps customer information and email addresses private. We never sell our lists
Shipping addresses are verified in advance. In those rare cases where an address does not exactly match your credit card address, we may need to contact you.
